  • The Executive Director or the Board of Governors shall have the right to suspend at any time the Club privileges of any member and family members who do not comply with the Club rules and regulations. Serious misconduct and/or property damage to the Club could result in the dismissal of the family from the Club and forfeiture of any or all of the family’s entrance fees.
  • The Executive Director has authority at all times to enforce the house rules and take any necessary action to guarantee the safety of all. The Executive Director may post signs for special rules governing the use of the pool, in addition to or modifying the rules described herein and may add to or modify the Club rules verbally when time or circumstances do not permit posting of a written order.

Guests

  • Guests must check in with Club staff upon arrival. All guests, ages 2 and over, are subject to a guest fee. The fees will be billed to the sponsoring member. The guest fee is $5. Children 2 and under are free.
  • Anyone who is not an active member or a single permanent resident of an active member’s household is considered a guest (see By-Laws Article III, Section 3).
  • All guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.
  • A guest privilege shall consist of the use of the Club facilities. No individual may be a guest more than 12 times during the season. Out-of-town guests staying with the member are subject to guest fees but not to the frequency-of-use restrictions.
  • Caregivers who are in the charge of a member and are taking care of a member or member’s children at the Club are not subject to guest fees or frequency-of-use restrictions.

Children

  • All children under 10 years old must be accompanied within the pool area at all times by a responsible person at least 12 years old unless they are registered for a program.
  • Children 10 years old, or entering the 5th grade, are allowed in the pool area unaccompanied.
  • All children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent after 5:00 pm on Club property.
  • Children under 3 years of age may NOT use the large pool unless supervised by an instructor or parent within arm’s length.
  • All individuals that are not fully potty-trained must be DOUBLE DIAPERED in both the large pool and the wading pool, with a swim diaper underneath a non-disposable swim diaper. No exceptions. Wearing only one diaper (regardless of the type) is not allowed. The non-disposable is the best option to prevent a solid stool from entering the pool when it is snug fitting. The non-disposable diaper must pass the two finger test (if 2 fingers can be inserted under the elastic in the legs and waist, the swim diaper is too large and the individual will not be permitted in the water). Non-disposable swim diapers are available for purchase at Little Flippers in Natick, Target or Amazon. We recommend the iPlay brand.
    • If an accident occurs in the pool, please notify a lifeguard ASAP.
    • Non-compliance with this policy could lead to the member being asked to leave until suitable attire is obtained. The Club Manager retains the ultimate discretion in these circumstances.
