Tennis Team Orders For kids participating in Tennis team, visit the link below for ordering options that may be used for the team uniform. Additional items available and all are welcome to order from the Tennis Gear Store. Ordering deadline is extended to 5/27! We will open a second WSTC general gear store later in the season.

Members are invited to join us for the Spring Spruce-up at WSTC! Join us for this fun annual tradition where you can connect with other members, and help us get the club ready for the season. One person (15+ years) from each member household is invited to sign in on any of the 3 volunteer days to receive credit for the workday. If none of the volunteer days work for you, we equally appreciate the opt out fee to contribute toward club maintenance and operations. Coffee, water and snacks will be provided. Be sure to sign in at the Clubhouse to receive credit for your workday commitment or pay the $200 opt-out fee here:  Spring Cleanup Opt Out Fee As a reminder, Senior Guests are not required to participate. Bring tools and equipment appropriate for the work day including rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, gloves, leaf blowers, power washers, gardening tools and cleaning gear. Additional cleaning materials will be provided at the club. See planned tasks for each week below! Week 1 (May 4th: 9am - 12pm) Blowing and removal of leaves, debris, sticks from all grounds/courts/play areas Raking, trimming bushes/tree Weeding/edging flower beds in order to prep for mulching / pea stone Clearing out bathrooms of stored furniture Power washing furniture and concrete surfaces Power wash tennis courts Dig holes, pour concrete for kiddie pool shade tent Replace trim at pool house Week 2 (May 11th: 1pm - 4pm) Wrap up blowing and removal of leaves, debris, etc. Spreading mulch Tennis court crack sealing Cleaning bathrooms Painting trim at pool house Install shade tent structure General maintenance Week 3 (May 18th: 9am - 12pm) Finish spreading mulch Clean/organize office Install shade tent Miscellaneous punch list items . . . Members-

We are getting ready for what promises to be another great summer at WSTC and we have some exciting news……. We have a new website and registration platform which promises to provide members with a more seamless user experience. 

We have transitioned to Wild Apricot for our website and program registration as well as for email and newsletter distribution. This platform will also host our online membership directory and club events calendar.  With this new program we will now have family membership bundles where each adult member will have an individual login for registration but there will be one “Bundle Coordinator” per family who will be the responsible billing party. Gone are the days of both members having individual balances!!

All adult members will need to login to Wild Apricot to update their member profile and password as well as complete privacy settings. Please also make sure all children’s profiles are correct, especially birthdates, as our programs are age specific.

Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right hand corner to be brought to the Profile page. You may edit personal information here as well as sign up for program specific communications.

Next, you may opt-in to our member directory (only viewable by members) by clicking “Show profile to others” under the “Privacy” tab.

Finally, you can manage email subscriptions under the “Email subscriptions” tab.

Please note:  The privacy settings and email preferences must be done for each member if they want to be visible in the member directory.

For those interested in KidZone, we have set up a “WSTC Test Registration” on the KidZone webpage. Please complete these steps as soon as possible as program registrations will go live on Thursday April 11th at 7:00 pm.

• Next, log into My Account (or click the link in the upper right) to confirm and update your information, sign up for interest Group program information, and add your info to the WSTC Directory (viewable to Club members only).

• Test event/activity registration with this free TEST event.
